| Refund of outstanding loan amount |
1. Application to repay the full amount of the outstanding loan through the
voluntary repayment program
The application deadline for the voluntary repayment program is the 15th of each
month. To complete the payment use the repayment notification sent to you the
same month.
2. When loss of eligibility is confirmed the outstanding loan amount must be repaid
in full immediately.
When the loss of eligibility is confirmed the outstanding loan amount is to be
refunded in full using the Loan Repayment Notification (the amount to be repaid
should be deposited with the member institution in advance). After the receipt
of the full amount is confirmed a Clearing of Debt Certificate will be issued
within one week. |
| Application for cancellation of subscription to Installment Savings Account |
The application deadline for cancellation of subscription to the Installment
Savings Account is on the 25th of each month. The money in the account is remitted
to the member institution on the 20th of the following month. |
| Application for Withdrawal from the Accumulated Fund Mutual Aid Annuity and
claim for benefit (selection of type of benefit to be awarded) |
 The application deadline for withdrawal from
the Accumulated Fund Mutual Aid Annuity and benefit claims is the 25th of each
month, and the withdrawal becomes effective at the end of the following month.
The lump sum is remitted at the end of that month (pension remittance is on the
20th of Feb., May, Aug., and Nov.)
Deadline for a request for payment in a lump sum
is the 25th of the month, two months prior to the date of retirement.
Voluntarily Continued Insurance members can continue

In the case of an application submitted between the 16th of the previous month
and the 15th of the current month the money will be remitted on the 2nd of the
following month.
* In the case of an application submitted between the 16th and the last day of
the current month, the money will be remitted on the 22nd of the following month,
if a request has been made to that effect. |
*It takes an extra one week for the benefit money or a loan amount to be remitted
if it is by Yucho Bank.
